Your Role:

As a live chat customer service agent, you’ll be at the forefront of assisting customers. Whether it’s answering queries from existing clients or addressing inquiries from potential customers, you’ll be the go-to expert.

Details:

  • Contract length: No fixed term
  • Rate: $35 per hour
  • Requirements: Access to a device for social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop), independence in your work, meticulous adherence to instructions, and at least 10 hours of weekly availability. Of course, a reliable internet connectivity is a must.
